for Ayutthaya is 71 kms north of Bangkok, drive along paddy fields,
orchards, Wat Phanan Choeng was built in 1324 A.D.,26 years
before King U-Thong founded Ayutthaya. You will see one of the largest,oldest
and most beautiful Buddha image,known as"Luang Po To" Wat Chaiwatthanaram was established in 1630.Which
consists of a main Prang(Khmer-Type tower), and four lesser Prang,all
built on the same base and surrounded by eight lesser prang and a
gallery. its architecture was similar to that of Angkor Wat.

Afterwards,New experience with elephant ride,sight seeing the ancient
city. Wat Mahathat was construction in 1374 but was completed
during 1388-1395 A.D. .the main prang (Khmer-style tower) contained
a holy relic of the Lord Buddha.Where used to house of Buddha image
made of green stone. Wat Pha Sri Sanphet was the royal chapel within the
Grand Palace in 1448.It was used for royal ceremonies,where was kept
a standing buddha 16 meters in height and covered with gold. Viharn Pra Mongkonbophit is the largest bronz Buddha
image of Ayutthaya.
